Registration and Cancellation Policy:
Participants will receive e-mail confirmation of registration. For
cancellations received at least two weeks prior to training dates, fee
refunded less $85 administration fee. Cancellations within the last two
weeks prior to training dates, fee refunded less $250 administration and
clinic facilities reservations fee.
